You enroll online, book a blood draw at one of 2,000+ Quest Diagnostics locations (no insurance required), and a few days later your results land in the app. A clinician reviews every panel and flags anything outside range, then the platform builds a simple action list. You test again six months later to see what moved.
What it is not: a diagnosis, a treatment, or a replacement for your physician. Function screens and tracks — anything flagged still goes to a licensed doctor for interpretation and next steps.
What $499 a year gets you

What the experience is like
Enrollment is online and takes minutes. Booking the Quest draw is the only in-person step, and with 2,000+ locations there's usually one nearby. Results trickle in over several days rather than all at once, which can feel slow if you're impatient — but the upside is no phlebotomist markup and no insurance claim to fight. Everything consolidates in the app, including older lab results you upload, so for the first time your numbers live in one place instead of scattered across portals.
The part that genuinely impressed us
Two things. First, breadth: 160+ markers in one flat-priced membership works out cheaper per marker than most à-la-carte lab services. Second, the retest. A single snapshot of your bloodwork is mildly interesting; two snapshots six months apart are where it gets useful — you can see whether a change you made actually moved the number. The dashboard makes that trend obvious instead of burying it in a PDF.
One honest note
The clinician notes are thinner than you might hope. Several markers come back with a flag and a fairly generic explanation — enough to tell you "look into this," not enough to replace a real conversation with a physician.
